TFDA published “food industry which should registration before do business, the food enterprise’s category, size and implement date”

On Oct. 16, 2014, Taiwan FDA published “food industry which should registration before do business, the food enterprise’s category, size and implement date”. This regulaiton went into effect immediately.

The food enterprise’s category as follows,

1. Food manufacture and processor: food manufacturing, processing industry; plastic containing food utensils, container and packagings’ manufacture and processing.

2. Catering industry

3. Importer: food importer; plastic containing food utensils, container and packagings’ importer

4. Food trade industry
