On June 11, 2019, the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MSDF) has issued the “Labeling Standard for Genetically Modified Food” and amended the last version published on August 27, 2018 (No. 2018-65).
Changes are related to the provision of quotations related to livestock products, definitions of terms of livestock products and processing aids and clarification of non-GMO indications that may mislead the customers.
