On October 1, 2019, the Swiss Département fédéral de l’intérieur (DFI) has issued a new version of the Order 916.351.021.1 “Setting in dairy products“, by repealing the Order from November 30, 2015.
The regulation mainly focuses on:
- Livestock units that produce milk for delivery as food commentary;
- The transport of milk.
Changes of the newly published Order are related to the restrictions of distribution of forage to dairy animals and have immediate effect.
