The following key points are highlighted in this document: The regulation amends the Cereal Seed (Scotland) Regulations 2005; Specifying the standards about the seed of hybrids of durum wheat, spelt wheat, etc.; To specify the minimum distances between Cytoplasmic male sterility crops and neighboring crops; The testing requirements shall be met before the seed of hybrids can be certified; The varietal purity standard of certified seed is established at 90.00%.
