The scope of the document summarizes the following key points: The residues of Spinetoram are applicable, in or on fish, freshwater, finfish fish, shellfish, mollusc, forage, fodder and hay, animal feed, etc; Pesticides tolerances are established for residues in or on fish, freshwater, finfish at 4 ppm; fish, shellfish, crustacean at 4 ppm; fish, shellfish, molluscs at 4 ppm, etc.; The data ensures the safety of infants and children is adequately protected based on Toxicological profile and dietary exposure; Short‐term and long‐term intake of residues resulting from the use of tolerance on these food products is unlikely to pose a health risk to consumers.
